Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to inquiries/leads generated via India MART and other online platforms.
Convert inquiries into orders through effective communication and follow-ups.
Handle B2B sales of stainless-steel spare parts across various industrial sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales using CRM or Excel.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and new product opportunities.
