Job Title: Telecaller – Luxury Real Estate
Location: Charni Road, South Mumbai
Working Hours: 9 AM – 8 PM (Flexible)
Weekoff: Any Weekday
Salary: ₹20,000 onwards + performance incentives
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a clear, polite, and professional manner.
• Understand client requirements such as budget, location, and preferences.
• Identify serious buyers and pass them to the sales team with complete details.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups in the system.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate meetings with the sales team.
• Follow up regularly with potential clients to keep them engaged.
• Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism with all clients.
Required Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer interaction.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand client needs quickly.
• Well-organized and comfortable handling multiple conversations daily.
• Professional and courteous approach in all interactions.
Preferred Background / Bonus:
• Experience in real estate, especially luxury or premium segments.
• Familiarity with South Mumbai locations.
• Experience handling high-value or premium clients.
• Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems.
