Sales Telecaller

• Relationship management: Build and maintain positive client relationships, handle complaints, and address customer needs to encourage repeat business.

• Data management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and information in a CRM system.

• Target achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call volume goals.
