Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

• Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to customers.

• Answer queries related to Ayurvedic products and assist in purchase decisions.

• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and/or English.

• Basic knowledge of Ayurveda or willingness to learn.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
