We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities through various channels. This role requires strong research skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to building a robust sales pipeline.
Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and industry directories.
Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other outbound methods.
Maintain and update lead databases/CRM with accurate and current information.
Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support conversion.
Develop and implement strategies to improve lead quality and quantity.
Track and analyze lead generation metrics, providing regular reports.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in International sales/ lead generation/ business development
