📌 Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

o   Profile: Tele-Sales (Credit Card Sales)

o   Location: Almas Star Tower, 2nd Floor, Office No. 203, Burlington Chauraha, Hussainganj

o   Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹17,000 (Performance-based incentives extra)

o   Training: 7 Days Pre-Hiring Training (Unpaid)

o   6 months’ probation period

o   If candidate resign before 6 months 1 month salary will be hold

Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card sales.

Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain customer database and follow up regularly.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
