We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive for our marketing and advertising company. The role involves calling company-provided qualified leads, understanding client requirements, and converting them into paid customers.

This position is strictly performance-oriented. If targets scare you, this role will not be comfortable. If targets excite you, welcome aboard.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up on qualified leads shared by the company
Pitch marketing and advertising services confidently
Convert inquiries into sales
Maintain daily call and follow-up records
Achieve assigned monthly targets
Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding

Requirements

Experience in telecalling / telesales preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Fluency in Hindi; basic English preferred
