Job Summary:
Seeking a confident and empathetic #Telecaller who has prior counselling experience to engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build trust over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist leads and customers

• Provide counselling and guidance based on client requirements

• Explain services, resolve queries, and follow up regularly

• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and conversions

• Build strong rapport and ensure a positive customer experience

• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, or customer advisory roles

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills

• Ability to handle objections and provide solutions confidently

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Sales or lead conversion experience

• Good communication

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
