Identify companies actively participating in government tenders.
Research and identify the Right Person to Contact (RPC) within the target organization.
Build Public Relations (PR) with RPCs and communicate the company’s products and services effectively.
Understand the client’s profile, requirements, and product categories.
Generate new leads and potential clients through research, networking, and follow-ups.
Present and promote Tender Subscription Plans and related consultancy services.
Share sample tenders and relevant case studies based on client requirements.
Prepare and send customized proposals and quotations to clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize contracts to close sales successfully.
Maintain strong after-sales relationships for client retention and renewals.
