Job Description

Franchise Development & Management

Identify, evaluate, and onboard eligible franchise partners in line with the company’s growth strategy.
Handle franchise enquiries, conduct franchise meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Drive franchise closures against mutually agreed targets and timelines.
Monitor and track franchise marketing initiatives and provide strategic support to enhance franchise growth and performance.
Act as a central coordination point between the organization and franchise partners to ensure alignment and scalability.

Placement Division & Counsellor Desk Management

Oversee and manage the Placement Division to ensure smooth execution of placement activities.
Supervise and support the counsellor desk to maintain high standards of student counselling, conversions, and service delivery.
Intervene and provide leadership support as and when required to address operational or performance challenges.
