Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and educational institutions.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout the enrolment process.
Market Research and Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings in the Edutech space.
Gather feedback from students and prospects to inform product development and
marketing strategies.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
