Role Summary:
Responsible for converting qualified leads received from the marketing team and online platforms (like IndiaMART, Justdial, etc.) into confirmed sales orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads and inquiries from IndiaMART and other sources.
Understand customer requirements, share product details and quotations.
Follow up regularly to close deals and generate orders.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales conversion and revenue targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with sales experience.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales or lead conversion.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email).
