Key Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales: Making high-volume outbound calls to new prospects or existing database contacts to convert interest into booked test drives or direct sales.
Product Knowledge & Promotion: Effectively explaining vehicle features, benefits, specifications, and current promotional offers to potential buyers.
Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling test drives and showroom visits for sales consultants.
CRM & Records Management: Using CRM software (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce) to meticulously track customer interactions, update contact details, and follow up on leads.
Overcoming Objections: Utilizing persuasion techniques to address customer concerns about price, financing, or vehicle features.
