Job Title: Franchise Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Franchise Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, managing the sales process, and ensuring business growth through effective franchise acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for new franchise opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential territories and prospects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.
Present the company’s franchise model, benefits, and ROI to prospects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Handle negotiations, close franchise agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to support franchisees.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events to generate franchise inquiries.
Maintain a database of franchise leads and update progress reports regularly.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in franchise sales/business development (preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
