We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team at Vaastu Global. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining services related to Vaastu consultation, and converting leads into potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
Explain company services (Vaastu consultation & energy solutions) clearly
Generate leads and schedule appointments for senior consultants
Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
Follow up with interested clients to close deals
Build and maintain good client relationships
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum- Graduate
Good communication skills in English
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling tools)
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
