Role Overview (Inbound Process)
The Business Development Executive will handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital marketing, social media, website inquiries, Whats App, and referrals. The primary responsibility is to convert qualified leads into paying clients by understanding their requirements and explaining our Vaastu consultation services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all inbound inquiries (calls, Whats App, website forms, social media leads)
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable Vaastu consultation packages
Conduct telephonic/video consultations for initial discussion
Prepare proposals and share service details with clients
Follow up regularly to close deals
Maintain proper lead tracking in CRM
Coordinate with the consulting team for appointment scheduling
Achieve monthly revenue targets
Maintain high conversion ratio and customer satisfaction
Required Skills
2–6 years experience in Inbound Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development
Strong communication & convincing skills
Excellent follow-up and closing ability
Customer-centric approach
Comfortable handling premium/HNI clients
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
Experience in consultancy, real estate, or service-based industry preferred
