The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by handling daily calling activities, maintaining sales sheets, and ensuring smooth coordination with customers and field staff. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, and prospective customers.
Follow up on leads, pending orders, and customer inquiries.
Share product details, pricing, and company policies professionally.
Gather market feedback and report to the reporting manager.
Update daily sales sheets, lead status, customer responses, and follow-up logs.
Maintain accurate records in Excel/Google Sheets.
Prepare basic MIS reports as required.
Ensure timely and error-free data entry.
Coordinate with Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) for follow-ups and customer queries.
Share daily updates and communication logs with the team.
Assist with preparation of quotations, order entries, and documentation.
Maintain customer databases and contact lists.
Schedule follow-up reminders and support with meeting coordination.
Perform other sales-support activities assigned by management.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred).
Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers can apply).
Good communication & telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Good listening and customer-handling skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
