Job Title: Real Estate Telesales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Real Estate Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, understand their property requirements, and convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers and follow up on leads.
Explain property projects, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
Schedule and coordinate site visits.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM records.
Achieve monthly calling, site visit, and sales targets.
Requirements:
0–9 years of experience in telesales/real estate sales preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
