WE ARE HIRING – ELECTRICAL SITE SUPERVISOR
Position: Electrical Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Department: Electrical / Projects
Employment Type: Full Time
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Electrical (preferred)
Salary: As per experience and company standards
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day electrical installation and maintenance work at project sites.
- Manage electricians, technicians, and helpers.
- Read and understand electrical drawings and layouts.
- Monitor installation of cables, wiring, DBs, panels, lighting, and earthing systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other site teams.
- Ensure quality standards, electrical safety, and proper use of PPE.
- Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and material reports.
- Handle basic electrical testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Ensure timely completion of project activities.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of electrical installation and maintenance.
- Experience in site supervision and manpower handling.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, cables, panels, and earthing.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience: Commercial buildings, residential projects, industrial projects, interior projects, or MEP works.
