Drive sales through Outbound & Cold Calls.
Understand customer requirements & suggest solutions
Collaborate with field sales & marketing teams
Manage complete sales cycle from prospect to closure
📌 Key Responsibilities
Identify & connect with potential clients (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Proactively source & identify qualified companies for business opportunities
Find & research company details for the right approach
Utilize multiple channels: job boards, social media, networking events & customer referrals
Provide trials, fix up product demos & explain value propositions
Share quotations and drive leads towards closure.
Update CRM & maintain accurate conversations and sales pipeline records
Build strong client relationships for repeat business
Meet & exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
📌 Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
0–3 years of Inside Sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Self-driven, proactive & goal-oriented
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
