Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Loan Sales Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan products, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and explain loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.).

Generate and maintain customer leads through telecalling.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

Maintain proper records of calls and customer data.

Coordinate with the sales and processing team for loan applications.
