Detail:

•        Insurance: You will pitch and sell insurance products such as Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Loan Cover Insurance

•        Domestic: Calls are made within India only (no international calling)

•        Outbound: You will call customers; this is not an inbound calling process. Leads are provided or generated by the company

Candidate Requirements

•        Gender: Female •        Age: 21 to 35 years • Experience:

o    Telemarketing / Telesales / Sales experience preferred o            Freshers may be considered for Trainee roles

•        Education: Graduation (Commerce preferred but not compulsory)

•        Communication: Good Hindi & basic to average English

Compensation & Benefits

•        Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Based on experience, interview performance, and skills)

•        Incentives: Performance-based incentives as per target achievement slabs
