Current Hiring: Business Development Executive (Freshers & Experienced)

We’re seeking motivated and high-potential candidates to join our onsite team. Whether you’re a fresher or have up to 2 years of experience, this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding language services company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for language services.

• Build client relationships from initial contact to deal closure.

• Respond to client inquiries and maintain client satisfaction.

• Understand potential clients’ localization challenges and offer tailored solutions.

• Work closely with the Service Delivery (Project Management) team.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM (Zoho).

• Manage databases for contacts, activities, and business results.

What We Look For in an Ideal Candidate

• Fluency in spoken and written English.

• Knowledge of Zoho CRM (preferred).

• Bilingual or trilingual skills are a plus.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Attention to detail and a team-first attitude.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Educational Qualifications

• BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, BBE or equivalent.

Experience

• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
