Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities for our US Staffing services. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, lead generation, and building strong relationships with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US Staffing market
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Connect with US clients, MSPs, and direct end clients
Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
Maintain client database and follow-ups
Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
