Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission new lifts, elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.

• Conduct routine maintenance and preventive checks as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in lift systems.

• Respond promptly to breakdown calls and emergencies.

• Perform safety inspections and ensure systems comply with applicable safety standards.

• Replace or repair worn-out parts such as cables, motors, buttons, or control systems.

• Maintain detailed service reports and maintenance records.

• Liaise with clients to explain repair needs and updates.

• Ensure proper use of tools and follow company safety procedures.
