Key Responsibilities:

· Install, repair, and replace windshields and other automotive glass for various types of vehicles.

· Conduct crack and chip repairs using specialized tools and resins to restore safety and appearance.

· Ensure precise fitting and adherence to manufacturer specifications during installation and repairs.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.

· Provide excellent customer service by explaining service options and educating customers on care and maintenance.

· Collaborate with team members and support the training of junior technicians in best practices.

· Perform quality checks to ensure durability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience automotive glass repair and replacement.

· Strong technical knowledge of windshield installation, crack repair, and glass removal.

· Proficiency with modern tools, adhesives, and repair equipment.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
