We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Executive to manage the reception and administrative duties of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a dental clinic and be comfortable handling patients, appointments, and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments

  • Handle patient registration, records, and basic documentation

  • Manage billing, payments, and insurance coordination (if applicable)

  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage clinic communication

  • Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff for smooth daily operations

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

  • Handle follow-ups and appointment reminders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a dental clinic (mandatory)

  • Basic knowledge of dental procedures and terminology

  • Proficiency in MS Office / clinic management software

  • Good communication skills in [local language + English, if applicable]

  • Presentable, polite, and patient-focused attitude

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with dental software

  • Basic billing and insurance knowledge

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
