Service advisor

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team MYTvs to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹21000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service center.

· Listen attentively to customers' vehicle concerns and service requirements.

· Provide information about available services, maintenance packages, and estimated service timelines.

· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide updates on the service progress.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is BE and Freshers. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
