Job Description

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1.CCTV & Network Management at exam venues.

2.Continuously monitor live CCTV feeds to identify and report suspicious activity, malpractice, or technical faults

3.Day to day Operations support for CCTV monitoring at exam venues.

4Check and confirm operational status of all CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and storage devices before the exam

5Provide Status update at regular interval for CCTV

6Support any footage retrieval requests from authorized officials for audit, dispute resolution, or investigation.

7Ensure proper storage and secure backup of CCTV footage as per customer policy
