We are looking for a Service advisor to join our team at K S Auto Services Private Limited , The Service Advisor is responsible for handling customers at the workshop, understanding their vehicle service and repair requirements, preparing job cards and estimates, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles with high customer satisfaction .The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹45,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients, listen to their vehicle issues or symptoms, inspect the car, and log data into repair orders.
Explain complex mechanical jargon from technicians into clear, understandable language for the customer
Prepare written cost and time estimates for parts and labor, set promised delivery times, and manage shop workflows
Relay customer requests to auto technicians and parts departments, and coordinate warranty Department.
Keep customers updated on repair progress, get approval before performing extra work, and review final invoices at pickup
Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma in mechanical or electrical and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, Proficiency in digital handy is a plus.
