Maths Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to assigned grade levels as per the prescribed curriculum.

• Develop and implement creative lesson plans and teaching strategies that enhance student learning.

• Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback.

• Identify and support students with learning difficulties or special needs.

• Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior.

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure overall student development.

• Promote Sevalaya’s values of compassion, equality, and service through teaching practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mathematics / Education or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).

• Strong command over Mathematics concepts and ability to simplify complex topics.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Passion for teaching and commitment to child-centered education.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a non-profit educational environment.
