We are looking for a Transport Coordinator to join our team at New Travel Zone. This role involves managing Shuttle duty/ employee transport services, . You will be closely working with the our team to ensure that Shuttle services provided by our company is coordinated and the day-to-day operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make sure that all the arriving employees are onboarded on time during the mornings for the login.

• Again, make sure that the employees are boarded onto the respective vehicles from the company to the Metro Station in a timely, orderly fashion to ensure smooth logout punctually.

• Prepare daily reports regarding the workings of the daily operations.

• Knowledge of MIS, MS Excel and routing is added bonus.

• The candidate must be having proficiency in local Kannada language and Hindi language for communicating with the employees, admins and drivers.

• Candidate must be always on time for the duty and take up any challenges that arise then and there and try to resolve it.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th STD pass and one to three years. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with employee transport system and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
