Key Responsibilities:
Use electronic parts catalogues (EPC), service manuals, and ERP systems to locate correct parts

Identify and source required automotive spare parts based on service team requests or customer inquiries
Process purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and returns accurately and in a timely manner
Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of fast-moving and critical parts while minimizing excess stock
Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners for timely procurement and delivery of spare parts
