Job Summary:

The Steward is responsible for ensuring excellent guest service by maintaining cleanliness, assisting in food and beverage service, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously and assist them with seating arrangements.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Ensure tables are set up before service and cleared after use.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas, service counters, and pantry.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for order delivery and ensure timely service.

• Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently.

• Assist in mise-en-place and replenishing cutlery, crockery, and glassware.

• Follow outlet SOPs for service, grooming, and hygiene.

• Maintain inventory of service items and report shortages to supervisors.

• Support the team during busy hours and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Education: 10th/12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.

• Experience: 0–2 years in a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
