Position Overview:

The AI Video Editor will be responsible for creating, editing, and enhancing videos using both traditional and AI-based software. You will work closely with our content and marketing teams to produce compelling visual stories that align with the company’s branding and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos using AI-powered tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, Descript, Synthesia, or similar.

• Enhance videos with AI features — including background removal, color correction, and smart effects.

• Create promotional videos, reels, product demos, and social media content for various platforms.

• Add AI-generated voiceovers, captions, and motion graphics when required.

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to plan and execute video content strategies.

• Optimize videos for different social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Stay updated on new AI video editing trends, software updates, and creative techniques.

• Ensure all videos meet Pizeonfly’s branding and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video editing (AI video editing experience preferred).

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, Lumen5, or Descript.

• Strong knowledge of traditional software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Good sense of visual storytelling, timing, and aesthetics.

• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for new technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating social media and marketing video content.

• Basic understanding of AI content tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or D-ID.

• Portfolio or showreel showcasing previous video editing work.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
