Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling, high-quality video content that aligns with our brand’s vision and objectives. Projects may include promotional videos, social media content, product demos, interviews, tutorials, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished videos using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)

• Add music, voice-over, sound effects, graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling

• Collaborate with producers, directors, marketing, and design teams to meet project goals and deadlines

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style

• Organize and manage media assets and project files for easy accessibility

• Color grade and audio mix video content to professional standards

• Adapt videos for various formats and platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, websites, etc.)

• Stay current on trends in video production, editing techniques, and digital media best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video editor or similar role with a strong portfolio

• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)

• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus

• Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required)

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of color correction and sound design

• Experience with 2D/3D animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender)

• Camera operation and basic filming knowledge a plus

• Understanding of social media video best practices
