Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing, enhancing, and assembling video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with the content team to deliver high-quality video material that aligns with our brand voice and visual aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into engaging and professional video content, ensuring high-quality production standards.

• Work on a variety of video formats, including promotional videos, tutorials, product demos, vlogs, social media content, and more.

• Collaborate with the content team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.

• Add graphics, animations, sound, and visual effects to videos as needed.

• Trim footage to create a coherent and well-paced final product.

• Manage and organize video assets and project files.

• Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

• Review final videos and ensure they meet project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.

• Stay updated on current video editing trends, techniques, and best practices.

• Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for video projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required).

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

• Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and resolution specifications for different platforms.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects (Adobe After Effects, etc.).

• Ability to work with sound editing tools and audio syncing.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
