Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Contacting prospective students to introduce educational programs and services.
Inbound Calls: Answering calls from interested students, providing information on courses, , and admissions.
Lead Generation: Generating leads and following up on them to convert prospects into students.
Customer Support: Resolving customer issues and complaints with a positive and professional attitude.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions .
Script Adherence: Following communication scripts to ensure consistency and professionalism.
Sales & Targets: Achieving daily and monthly call and sales goals set by management.
