Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic BPO Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls related to Used Car Loans. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, collecting required information, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Make outbound calls to prospective customers for used car loan offers

• 🗣 Explain loan products, interest rates, EMI options, tenure, and eligibility

• 📋 Collect and verify customer details (income, vehicle details, documents)

• 🎯 Generate and follow up on leads to achieve daily and monthly targets

• 🔄 Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for loan processing

• 🧾 Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems

• 🤝 Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally

• 📊 Submit daily call and performance reports (EOD reports)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

• Prior experience in BPO / Telecalling / Loan Process preferred

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Knowledge of used car loans, personal loans, or auto finance is an advantage

• Ability to handle objections and close leads

• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel)

Experience

• Fresher or 6 months–2 years experience in BPO / Banking / Finance preferred
