Job Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CRM (Tele Sales Manager) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of tele sales executives, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer handling. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, excellent team management capabilities, and proficiency in Excel and software entry tasks. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage a team of tele sales executives, ensuring targets are met. 

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the real estate sector. 

• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and train team members to enhance their sales skills. 

• Handle customer inquiries, provide information on properties, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and team performance using Excel and CRM software. 

• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. 

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer handling. 

• Manage end-to-end customer relationship management, from lead generation to deal closure. 

Key Skills and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields). 

• 2-4 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate industry. 

• Proven experience in managing a tele sales team and achieving sales targets. 

• Strong knowledge of Excel and CRM software entry. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively. 

• Strong customer handling skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. 

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
