We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and selling our products/services over the phone. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue and building strong customer relationships, working closely with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, and follow-up calls to generate new business opportunities.

Product/Service Knowledge: Understand and promote the company's products/services, effectively communicating their features and benefits to potential clients.

Sales Pitching: Deliver persuasive and compelling sales pitches to prospects, tailoring the approach based on their needs and preferences.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers by addressing their questions and concerns in a professional manner.

Sales Closure: Close sales by convincing customers to make a purchase, upsell where possible, and process orders accurately.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.

Follow-up and Nurturing: Regularly follow up with potential and existing clients to keep them engaged and interested in the company’s offerings.

Reporting: Report daily and weekly progress to the sales team, highlighting challenges, opportunities, and customer feedback.
