Timings : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | 6 Days Working

Work Mode: Full-Time | On-Site

About the Role

Leads Sure Media is looking for a dedicated and experienced Tele Sales Team Leader to join our growing team.

If you have a background in digital marketing or website designing and enjoy leading people toward achieving results, we’d like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Monitor performance and maintain productivity and quality standards.

Oversee lead generation and ensure proper follow-ups.

Handle client queries and escalations professionally.

Develop and refine sales strategies and communication scripts.

Train and support new team members.

Share performance reports and insights with management.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a digital marketing or website design agency.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven and proactive mindset.

Proficient in CRM and lead management tools.

Graduate in any field (Marketing or Business preferred).

Work Details

Location : Sector 3, Noida

Timings : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | 6 Days a Week

Mode : Full-time, On-site

Reporting : Google Business Suite and internal systems
