Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to sell products or services.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
