Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce study abroad opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
Provide accurate information about available courses, universities, and admission procedures.
Schedule counseling appointments for interested students with senior counselors.
Maintain and update student databases and call records.
Support the marketing and counseling teams in achieving enrollment targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is required (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an advantage).
Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to engage in meaningful conversations.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or the education industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
