Job Title: Admission Officer Cum Tele-Counsellor
Key Responsibilities:
Tele-counselling & Lead Conversion: Proactively call prospective students, understand their requirements, explain course details, and convert inquiries into enrolments.
Student Advising: Provide career guidance and explain admission policies, eligibility criteria, and fee structures to students and parents.
Inquiry Management: Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-ins efficiently.
CRM/Database Maintenance: Accurately log all interactions, update lead statuses, and generate daily reports in the CRM/LMS.
Application Processing: Guide applicants through documentation, entrance tests, and the final admission process.
Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion rates.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in educational counseling, tele-sales, or customer support.
Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and local languages), strong persuasion, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM software.
Attributes: Target-driven, customer-orientated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Lead conversion rate (enquiries to admissions).
Number of daily outbound calls/follow-ups.
Accuracy of data entry in the CRM.
