We are seeking a motivated and persuasive TeleSales Executive to join our team at KDS Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products and services to potential customers, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates who are confident, have good communication skills, and can work independently are encouraged to apply.
Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, or chat to promote products and services.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and effectively.
Generate qualified leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
Maintain a database of customer information and sales records.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries or objections professionally.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for order processing and client follow-ups.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Proven experience in TeleSales, Customer Service, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets .
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working from home with a stable internet connection and own device.
