About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and confident Admissions Counselor to join our team in Mohali.
The role involves guiding students and parents in choosing suitable programs, counselling them through the admission process, and helping them make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents to identify suitable programs.
Handle tele-counselling, follow-ups, and walk-in queries.
Maintain CRM records and update data regularly.
Achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confident, energetic, and approachable personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, CRM tools).
Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling or telesales (preferred).
