Job Title: Tele caller Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls related to immigration services. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, explaining immigration programs, and generating leads for visa consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain immigration services and visa options.

• Handle inbound inquiries from clients regarding work visas, study visas, PR, and other immigration programs.

• Generate and maintain client leads and schedule appointments with visa counselors.

• Provide accurate information about immigration processes and requirements.

• Maintain proper records of calls and update the CRM system regularly.

• Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into meetings or applications.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Maintain professional communication with clients at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of immigration programs (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to handle sales targets and work under pressure.
