We are looking for a smart and confident Telecaller to join our Immigration & Visa Consultancy Office. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients and explaining our tourist visa and immigration services.

Job Responsibilities

• Call potential clients and explain visa services
• Generate leads for tourist visa applications
• Follow up with interested clients
• Schedule appointments for visa consultants
• Maintain call records and client data

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Punjabi preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Confident speaking and convincing skills
• Positive attitude and good customer handling
