Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain telecom equipment, antennas, and cables on towers

• Perform tower climbing, rigging, and safety operations

• Perform maintenance of BTS, RRUs, and transmission equipment

• Maintain tools, equipment, and safety gear

• Prepare service reports and documentation

• Follow all safety regulations and company SOPs

Skills & Requirements

• Ability to climb towers up to 300ft / 90m height

• Knowledge of telecom equipment & networks

• Basic understanding of RF & fiber technology

• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills

Qualification

• 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecom (preferred)
